I'm not a fan of big, bold resolutions or promises in the "new year, new you" vein. What I have learnt is that it's often impossible to change if too much happens too quickly. Sudden change can lead to big collapse and overwhelm. My preference is small, slow increments and to keep on keeping on trying to be the best version of yourself you can be for today. That's my plan!
