I had never done yoga before joining Claire’s classes a couple of months ago, and had some anxieties about it, but Claire has managed to convert me....I completely love it! Claire is very patient and supportive and has a genuine interest in the well- being of all her clients. She is happy to tailor the stretches to meet your individual needs and ability and she is extremely encouraging. In only a few weeks, I feel my flexibility is improving and I really look forward to Claires classes, unlike other exercise classes I have been too before! Claire's classes were my first introduction to yoga and I've never regretted joining. I find her to be an extremely knowledgeable and patient teacher. I first joined Claire’s class 2 years ago, having struggled to find a suitable class after moving to the area, so I was so pleased to discover such a challenging dynamic yoga class on my doorstep. Since lockdown, I have continued with her classes on zoom. The classes have been easy to access and offer good variety including yin yoga and meditation.
