If you're new to CG Yoga, welcome, I'm glad you're here and for those who are already regulars, thank you so much for your continued support. Your commitment to your practice and coming to class not only keeps you in the flow (I hope!), but it also makes a huge difference to me in all the ways possible. I am so lucky to have such a group of people who keep showing up for themselves and everyone else week after week. Thank you so much.
Following latest announcements, CGYoga classes & workshops will stay on zoom only as live stream sessions for the foreseeable future whilst in person classes are not permitted. I do so miss seeing you all face-to-face, but this is not all bad. The convenience and comfort of your own home while the nights are long and it's chilly outside has its upside, and this way we all stay safe and well hopefully.
As usual there are some "by donation" classes on the schedule (the ones with an asterix next to them), which means you give what you can afford only. All are welcome. Staying active can help with boosting the immune system in general as well as being a great help with anxiety and stress (high levels of which can physically impair the immune system). Let's keep making the most of an opportunity to reset and restore and maintain a healthy level of self care, focussing on what's important - the health, wellbeing and safety of everyone. If you are sick or have any one close to you who is suffering, my deepest, warmest wishes for a speedy recovery. Rest and recover.
I keep this website up-to-date as changes happen and you can rely on the information posted here for class times and bookings. We have been using the Zoom platform since March 2020 and it works really well. In addition, class access can be had via the CGYoga class bank. Have a look at the prices & packages page for all options and the On Demand Library page for for info and access.
I look forward to seeing you soon.
Much love
Namaste
